Keycloak not displaying proper login screen while using Traefik Forward Auth

I have a kubernetes cluster with Traefik 2.9 installed. And from an IngressRoute, I have middleware that redirects to an Auth Server, which redirects to a Keycloak instance (where the user can enter their user name and password). After successfully logging in, the user is then redirected to their original destination.
For example:
User requests service.example.com
Forwarded to forward-auth.example.com
Forwarded to keycloak.example.com
User logs in and is forwarded to their destination service.example.com.
The workflow works, but the login screen for Keycloak is a barebones (as no style.css is loaded.)
