keycloak 19 with all stores pointing to hotrod fails to startup

I see that keycloak is able to recoginize my external hot rod server but fails to start..
I tried with infinispan 12.x and 13.x and both did not work.
i see this in keycloak log :

i had setup infinispan cluster using infinispan operator https://operatorhub.io/operator/infinispan/2.2.x/infinispan-operator.v2.2.5
Then i followed this guide to setup keycloak 19 poiting to the infinispan cluster https://www.keycloak.org/2022/07/storage-map.html
after enabling the mapstore feature, I started my server with command
bin/kc.sh start-dev --storage=hotrod
--storage-hotrod-host= --storage-hotrod-port=
--storage-hotrod-username= --storage-hotrod-password= \
