Cache issue when using Azure mssql and container apps/docker #14262

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a test keycloak instance in Azure using Container Apps. Everything works fine while using db=dev-file but when I switch to mssql I start to run into some issue's. Primarily the container fails to start with the following:

2022-09-07T15:54:42.390486112Z 2022-09-07 15:54:42,390 ERROR [org.keycloak.quarkus.runtime.cli.ExecutionExceptionHandler] (main) ERROR: Failed to start server in (production) mode
2022-09-07T15:54:42.390778393Z 2022-09-07 15:54:42,390 ERROR [org.keycloak.quarkus.runtime.cli.ExecutionExceptionHandler] (main) ERROR: ISPN000323: Cache 'realmRevisions' is in 'TERMINATED' state and so it does not accept new invocations. Either restart it or recreate the cache container.

Possible related ENV Variables that are set:

KC_TRANSACTION_XA_ENABLED=false
KC_DB=mssql
KC_DB_URL_HOST=<azurehost>
KC_DB_URL_DATABASE=keycloak
KC_DB_USERNAME=<azure_username>
KC_DB_PASSWORD=<azure_password>

If I revert the db back to dev-file it will start up just fine. I did somehow manage to get it run once and I was able to create realms and users but after an update to the yaml file for something else, I'm back to it no longer starting up.

Is anyone able to point me in the direction of what I'm doing wrong?
