How do change query string separator from "&" to "?"

I'm developing a React multipage application with hash routing. After log-in and redirection happen the query string is attached to the URL which has a "&" query string separator, and this causes an issue when I am reading the path using react-router.
In the above image my original intention is to render "ID", but as the query string separator is '&' it is also read as the path.
I want to know how to change the separator, or what is a common workaround to solve the same. Thank you.
