git clone https://github.com/nutjunkie/IQmol.git IQmol

# As the Anaconda Python distribution brings it's own qmake, moc, uic etc.,

# install OpenMesh

wget http://www.openmesh.org/media/Releases/3.1/OpenMesh-3.1.tar.gz

tar -xzf OpenMesh-3.1.tar.gz

mkdir -p OpenMesh-3.1/build

cd OpenMesh-3.1/build

cmake .. -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release

make -j 4

sudo make install

# create build directory

mkdir -p IQmol/build

cd IQmol/build

# install dependencies

sudo apt-get install libgl-dev libgles2-mesa-dev

sudo apt-get install gfortran

sudo apt-get install qt4-default libqt4-dev qt4-qmlviewer qt4-dev-tools

sudo apt-get install qt-assistant-compat qt4-doc-html qt4-qtconfig

sudo apt-get install libqt4-core libqt4-dev libqt4-gui

sudo apt-get install libboost-all-dev libssl-dev libssh-dev libssh2-1 libssh2-1-dev

sudo apt-get install openbabel openbabel-gui libopenbabel4 libopenbabel-dev

sudo apt-get install libqglviewer2 libqglviewer-dev libqglviewer-dev

# run cmake

cmake .. -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=${HOME}/.local/IQmol

make install
