Slab Machine Exception; factory presets, sounds and demos under CC0 1.0.

msfa (the DX7 engine in Dexed)

FM-7.11's voice follows msfa's envelope, level-scaling, velocity, LFO and
pitch-envelope behavior, its lookup tables and its algorithm table. These
files were translated from msfa's C++ into fy and Zig and changed for
Slab (floating point, block-rate control, the DX7 and DX7 II engine
modes):

fy
https://github.com/nooga/fy
Copyright (c) 2023 Marcin Gasperowicz
fy/ is Slab's DSP-geared fork of fy, vendored with its history from
upstream commit f33bee8. Upstream fy is MIT; the fork in this repository,
including everything it adds (the dsp: compiler, NEON lanes, branching,
the raw wrappers), is GPL-3.0-or-later with the rest of Slab. The
language runtime and JIT are compiled into the app.

Stable Audio 3 (Stability AI)
https://huggingface.co/stabilityai
The sources of the Unfairlight factory voices (machines/unfairlight/assets/)
were made with Stable Audio 3 Small SFX and Small Music, run locally, under
the Stability AI Community License, which gives the maker the outputs. They
were then cut, looped and stored as 8-bit CMI voice RAM, and are released
under CC0 1.0. Each voice's preset names the model, prompt and seed. No
Stability AI model or code is part of Slab.

Versilian Community Sample Library (VCSL)
https://github.com/sgossner/VCSL
CC0 1.0 / public domain. A few instruments ship with Slab as 16-bit mono
FLAC (machines/sampler/assets/vcsl/: two pianos, the TX81Z FM piano, a
harpsichord, marimba, kalimba, ocarina and three drum kits made from its
percussion); the rest is the VCSL pack, which downloads it into the user's
library. Factory sounds made from VCSL recordings are credited in their
assets' notes.

Ambika (Mutable Instruments)
https://github.com/pichenettes/ambika
Copyright 2012 Emilie Gillet
Firmware under GPL-3.0-or-later; hardware and documentation under CC BY-SA 3.0.
The Ambika machine is a port of the voicecard firmware (voicecard/ and
common/: oscillators, mixer, envelopes, LFOs, modifiers, modulation
matrix), written in fy and following the firmware's arithmetic. It also
ships the firmware's lookup tables and its factory programs, which are not
ours to release under CC0 and stay under the firmware's license:
kernels/06-voices/ambika.fy
kernels/06-voices/ambika_tables.fy
machines/ambika/ambika.fy
machines/ambika/assets/tables.wav (the firmware's tables, packed)
machines/ambika/presets/A, B, F, S (the golden card's programs, converted
by tools/ambika/import_programs.py; the programs' authors are the
card's; the card carries no license of its own, so it is treated as part
of the firmware repository, GPL-3.0-or-later)

The ten presets machines/ambika/presets/01-10 are ours, under CC0 1.0.
