Making a video
Pick a video template you like, add a few details, get your film. That's it. Think of it as a Hollywood film crew in your pocket :)
Every video in the catalog is a template we wrote and directed ourselves, so your film looks like cinema. You supply the person and the facts. We take care of the full video production. There is nothing to edit and no software to learn.
yume is the simplest way to produce high-quality personalized videos that capture attention and make people smile.
A few photos and a couple of details. Filling out the form takes about two minutes.
The form is built for the video you chose and only asks for what that video needs. For the career videos, your LinkedIn link fills in most of it. For the rest, it's a few photos and a handful of quick questions, like a name or a favorite thing. We pull everything else from the template.
Yes. A yume video is one of the most personal gifts you can give.
Add their photos and details instead of your own, and the film is about them. When it's ready, you get a beautiful personal page for the video that you can share with them in a message, or play it for them in person. They don't need an account, and they can watch and download it as often as they like.
Yes. If something isn't right, just tell us what you'd like changed and we'll edit it for you.
For a Birthday video, reply to its email, or write to hello@yume.video, with what you'd like changed and any new photos. Changes are free, and we'll send you the new version.
Every other video includes one edit. Once your video is ready, open it while signed in and tell us everything you'd like changed, adding new photos if you like. We make the changes and send you the new version.
The edit only counts once the new version is delivered. If we can't make a change, you keep your edit.
Anything that keeps it the same video: names, facts, wording, scenes, music, pacing, mood and the photos used.
An edit keeps the same person, template, language and format, at about the same length. To feature a different person or try a different video, order a new one. If the video does not match the details you provided or there are technical issues, email hello@yume.video and we'll fix it for free.
Delivery and support
Within 24 hours of submitting your details, so a birthday video ordered before the day arrives in time.
You will receive your finished video via email as soon as it's ready :) 🍿
We fix it, and you don't need to do anything.
If anything goes wrong, our team steps in and fixes it for free. For anything else, email hello@yume.video and we are happy to help!
Anyone you send the link to.
Your video has its own watch link. Whoever has it can watch and download the video, without an account. The video is not listed anywhere public, so share the link with the people you want to see it.
Yes. A receipt comes with every purchase.
If you need a proper invoice, email hello@yume.video with your order details and we'll send one.
