Apart low pricing policies of ZipServers, fastness of the servers and the service practically up 24/7/365, i would like to remark professionalism, friendly way and the fastest solving of problems/deals (2/3 minutes) from their support staff. I have been with them for a little over a year now, and the service is as excellent today as it was the day I signed up. Like their vps hosting solutions and recommend them to others.

Good service. The price for their feature-rich hosting accounts is great. Cool! I appreciate the customer service that ZipServers offer via Skype, Live Chat... Great service is hard to find but Tom truly displays that. A big thank you from myself to Tom for helping me today!

Speed and uptime are excellent, support is always there whenever you need them (even if it's for dumb questions). ZipServers has been very attentive and their followup is excellent. The support staff, especially Kamen who worked with me tonight, was great. I really felt looked after. This decent host has been the BEST E-Commerce hosting provider that I've found so far. Thumbs to the team!
