I can't understand how Nationex in my area is still in business as a delivery service. And any company using them to deliver to customers in my opinion could lose customers. I know in my case I'll never shop online with the company that used Nationex to deliver my package. In my case I live in a survey that was established in 2022 and although every other delivery service from shopping online was able to find me and deliver my package on their 1st attempt. Nationex however failed on four attempts, I guess they need to upgrade their paper maps to gps based maps. I contacted nationex after the 2nd, 3rd and 4th failed attempt and all I got was lip service. After the 2nd failed attempt the customer service rep did find my location on google maps and promised it would be passed onto the driver. The driver still couldn't find me after 2 more attempts, perhaps the customer service rep should have been the driver, she could find me. After contacting the online company, 3 times I purchased my package from they now agree that Nationex may not have been a good choice on their part and will now be sending me my package by UPS express. What a headache this has been.

Terrible customer service. They do not call you back. You have to call them. I have been lied to 4 times that I have called them. Then they hang up on you. Their online tracking system does not work.

I read the various comments on this company and I noticed they were not recent. So, allow me to express a valid and up-to-date review. First of all, I have to admit of not knowing that delivery company before the experience explained below. Evidently, I have no link, financial or otherwise, with that delivery firm. Here is a summary of my own experience: Two parcels were delivered to me from Montreal: the first one was delivered to my door within less than two days and the second one, in less that four days. So my experience has been much better than some I read about on this web page. Furthermore, my home is far from the city. In fact it sits a full 30 miles from Ottawa and when I look out, I see cows walking about and wild turkeys feeding on my birdfeed. You could say I live in the bush. Nevertheless, that company found my place fast and and responded quickly when a question was raised with them. To conclude, it is only fair that the review of a very happy customer should counterbalance the not- so perfect ones listed herein, especially if it is a true experience and devoid of any motive other than to reflect fairness to a company that seems to have greatly improved its ways and its performance in recent times.

Nationex are a joke! The worst courier company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Their tracking is beyond basic, it gives zero information. I am currently not sure if I'm ever going to receive my package. Tried emailing twice with no help whatsoever. Almost a week since the company I purchased from shipped my order & there is no update on the tracking. Estimated date of delivery has changed numerous times even though my package doesn't seem to have moved an inch. Will never purchase anything from the company again as long they use this incompetent courier. Seriously recommend everyone stay away from ordering anything from anyone online if they use Nationex. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I requested my package be sent to my PO Box. I was never contacted by Nationex to redirect or be told about the issue. They marked my package as package refused and returned to sender. Wow. FEDEX, CANPAR and other delivery services let you collect from the depo or leave a card. Not nationex. I called to see if I could redirect the next day. Was told no its been returned to sender.

Their tracking doesn't work. Been trying to refresh and says package is still in St Hubert since 9 days. Called the store I bought my merchandise to see if they will be able to see what is going on.

Jan 17 2021 is the day I ordered online. This company chose Nationex as delivery service .. why ? I have no clue .. by what I see for the tracking it seems to be floating somewhere in Toronto since January 19th , we are now February 4 and it’s still in Toronto . I am not impressed and won’t be purchasing from stores that uses them as shipment. Can I rate

After waiting almost a month with no tracking updates, I finally went to the source of my purchase & they found out that Nationex had lost my package. Never again with this company. Poor organization & customer care.

A fair warning to those looking into using this "logistic" company. We had 10 shipments sent from Vancouver to Ontario all labeled for each individual customer. The packages were picked up but then the labels were canceled because of an internal error on their part. Thar was problem 1. So we had all our customers calling asking why their shipment showed as canceled. We recieve no response, no help nothing from Nationex. Then, 8 business days later, ALL the packages were delivered to ONE customer. The customer was understanding enough to work with us and we said we would send them Purolator labels so that we could have them all picked up and sent back to our warehouse for redistribution. But no, Inept Nationex took it upon themselves to arrange the pickup from our customer (without confirmation or approval) and now no one can tell us where the shipments are. This has been a complete disgrace and we have moved forward to notify the Better Business Bureau and recommend all other unhappy customers do the same. Our customers have been patiently waiting for weeks without any information or updates because we have NO INFORMATION on where our shipments are.

Similar experience as previous reviewer. 2 tires ordered, shipment split up. Tires went to separate parts of the province and just sat and sat and sat and sat at seperate depot's until they were reunited at the proper depot where they sat one extra day. Finally they were delivered 6 days late. Mistakes can be made. How you correct them determines the level of service

Tracking is the poorest of all.
I have been waiting for my tires 10 days without knowing when (or if) they will arrive.
They live in a retarded technological era.
Get with the program or go do something you can.
