Placed an order in February. Four months later no product. No replies from several messages sent via their contact email. Of course they took payment asap! Terrible company.

I'm thoroughly disappointed with this company. I have a mutual friend with the owner so I decided to order a shirt and after a couple weeks the tracking still showed usps was awaiting the item to ship it. It's been 7 months after I ordered, over 20 messages on Instagram and even more emails and I've had maybe 4 responses. They say they'll look into it and over a month later I email again with no response. This place is a scam don't order from them. I never leave negative reviews but I've never had such a bad experience with a company.

Brand is a joke, don’t order from them, they’re just taking your money. Placed an order back in March 2020, it’s now January 2021. 10 months later and still haven’t received anything. Messaged them, emailed them and they’ve stopped responding. Spent over a hundred dollars in merchandise, I finally just called my bank and requested a refund. Save your time and energy. Especially your money and don’t order from them.

This online store should be shut down. I placed an order in early August, received my confirmation as well as a thank you from the owner, Justin but no merchandise has been received. I too have sent several emails with no response.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! Order a banner in December 2019....SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND MESSAGES, got told “oh sorry, we’ll send you one....waited a month...NOTHING....sent another bunch of emails and messages.....WAITED MONTHS!!!! NOTHING!!! In June 2020 I sent ALL screenshots of all messages and emails I sent and was told “I’m so sorry, we’ll send you two”....waited a month and guess what...NOTHING!!!!! Demanded a refund...I’ll never ever order from there again!!!!!! I’d give it no stars if I could

Company is a joke. Placed an order for a single hoodie November 30, 2019. Spoke with owner the following week and was assured I would have it within 2 weeks. It is now May 9, 2020. I have sent numerous emails with no response. Still no product. Wish I could give negative stars.

Ordered the Break Necks Kill Egos hoodie, and got a confirmation email that my product would be shipped. Four months and 9 emails to Flipzco later I still have nothing. No hoodie, no response, no refund: just a loss of my money.

I ordered a hoodie over a month ago haven’t received the product yet, I have emailed 5 times and no response, I received a tracking number that hasn’t been updated in 2 weeks. Do not buy there.

Not sure why all the negative reviews, I had a great experience with this brand - I met the owner and his staff at a Clubloose event they were awesome made my first drift event a memorable one. The owner was giving me drift tips on grid and I purchased a sticker and 2 t-shirts. The quality was great and the sticker is still on my car in perfect condition since I put It on at opening moves in march.
I just ordered a Til Death sweatshirt and got it in literally 3 days after I purchased it. Definitely supporting these guys but overall my experience was great.

Flipzco is a damn joke and deserves less than 1 star. I tried ordering a single tshirt and can't even get a response from them. The order was placed in February and after multiple emails, I got a response from Justin stating that the order was backordered (supposedly as said when I was placing the order) and was going to be shipping that Friday. I responded back that in no way did ANYTHING state that the shirt was backordered and provided multiple forms of backup (screenshots of their website saying it was available, my order confirmation showing that it never said backordered, and a walkthrough of placing a new order showing that the item wasn't backordered). After sending this I never received a response. I sent an additional 4 emails and have yet to receive a response. Flipzco is a sad excuse for a business and the customer service is actually laughable. This happened one other time on a previous order and they only responded after I had my boyfriend put them on the spot on his Instagram story to nearly 4,000 people - and even then the response was that "email is the best option"...meanwhile they hadn't answered ANY of my emails. Seems the only people Flipzco pays any attention to are these Instagram "influencers" and girls who are half naked in their clothing and the people who order special, one time deals. I never want to see small businesses fail, but honestly, this one deserves to.

Do not use this site. I ordered a break necks kill egos hoodie off this site over a month ago spending over $50 and never got a tracking number or a conformation email nothing. Pretty confident that this product will not show up. I have emailed them 4 times and never got a reply.

Ordered a sweater overseas, never received it. Tried contacting the owner several times, didn't even have the decency to respond. Never saw the sweater, never got my money back.

Same happened to me as Brandon.. I ordered 90$ worth of stuff been 3 months now, & never got a tracking number or any type of confirmation.. emailed him a couple times, he had a different excuse every time. Im also from northern Ontario maybe it’s just a Canada thing? Im not sure but I definitely won’t be shopping there anymore!

Literally the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had online. Bought a banner , t shirt and sweater in early July. Waited 3 weeks as the expected delivery was 3-5 business days( and I understand things happen sometimes when product crossed and international boarder) as the company is located in New Jersey and myself , in the gta in Ontario. After 3 weeks I had still received no tracking info and had tried to get a hold of the company via Instagram and email. No luck . After posting a poor review of the company on Facebook (after 3 weeks of waiting and no answering from customer service) it was quickly removed (by the owners i presume) and I was quickly responded to both by email and Instagram. The owner offered me extra product as he claimed the the product had been lost at the boarder and expedited shipping. At first this wasn’t a big deal at all. So again I waited 2 weeks, received a tracking number, but only indicating that the info had been submitted for the package to be picked up. So again I contacted flipzco and again was offered double the product for the product being again “lost”. I thought that this could be a weird coincidence but nonetheless expected once again. By now it’s almost mid August , and still haven’t received anything, just false promises. The owner once again says the product is lost ( LOL) and offers me free product again. I defer this time and say that I’d like a refund, so a back and forth insues and he claims to have already “shipped” another package via fedex. Never do I receive a tracking number. So by late August I’m just about done with this moron Justin and his company. Guy has absolutely no idea what he’s doing and has just about every excuse in the book for why my stuff hasn’t arrived. I finally demand an e transfer nearing the last week of August and received it. Guy says that it’s “ hard to ship to Canada” . Great excuse pal , never buy anything from this company. Seems to be run by a 17 year old bafoon.
