Oil moved back below $100 this week. The 10-year Treasury yield fell below 5% and the Nasdaq returned to record territory. At the same time, the Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act by 49 votes to 50. Two days later, the CFTC sent a new crypto market-structure rulemaking to White House review. The larger structural deadline sits in Treasuries. Eligible cash-market transactions move into mandatory central clearing on 31 December 2026, with repo following on 30 June 2027. That changes the margin economics behind one of the most leveraged relative-value trades in the market. Full cross-asset breakdown in today’s newsletter: https://lnkd.in/d9NfuKRH

FX traders, The BIS says stablecoin flows are now moving your spot and your swap points. A 1% exogenous jump in net stablecoin inflows does three things (BIS Working Paper 1340, March 2026) 1. Widens the gap between the stablecoin dollar and the spot dollar by 40 bps 2. Weakens the local currency in spot 3. Widens the dollar premium in FX swaps And the transmission runs through you. Intermediaries bridging crypto and traditional FX have finite balance sheets, so stablecoin demand spills into spot and swaps. The effect grows when those balance sheets are already stretched. EM pairs feel it most. More than 70% of fiat-to-stablecoin conversions now start in a non-dollar currency. That is a parallel FX market: 64 exchanges in their sample, mostly outside your venues. I build cross-border payment orchestrators. I don't run a book. So I'd rather ask than guess. If you trade spot or swaps, especially in Emerging Markets → Do you watch the stablecoin premium as a signal? → Has it ever moved before your market did? → Has your desk arbed it, or decided it isn't worth the balance sheet? One line from the desk beats ten research papers. #Kreatorverse #FXTrading #Stablecoins #FXSwaps

Trading 101: four rules for trading around big summits and headlines. This week brings the Trump–Xi summit, three central-bank decisions on Thursday and a full slate of Fed speakers. Event-driven sessions reward preparation more than reaction: 01 Know the times, not just the topic. Note the key times in your own time zone; spreads can widen and gaps happen around them. 02 Decide the plan before the headline. Define entry, stop and size in advance. A headline is not the moment to design a trade. 03 The first move is often not the last. Initial spikes can reverse as the details land. Wait for the full statement, not the first line. 04 Size for the gap, not the average day. Event days often move more than normal days; smaller size keeps a wrong call survivable. What Is Leverage in Forex—and Why Is It Often Misunderstood? Forex leverage allows a trader to control a larger position with a smaller amount of capital. However, it magnifies losses just as quickly as potential gains. For example, with 30:1 leverage, $1,000 in margin can control a $30,000 position. A 1% adverse market move would equal $300—30% of the deposited margin, excluding trading costs. Common mistake: Using the maximum available leverage before calculating position size, stop-loss distance, and acceptable loss. Professional tip: Decide how much you can afford to lose first. Then calculate your position size. Leverage should support risk management, not replace it. Before trading with leverage, understand: • Required margin • Position and lot size • Pip value • Stop-loss distance • Broker regulation • Maximum potential loss Complete guide to forex leverage: https://lnkd.in/drawbcbb Learn how forex margin works: https://lnkd.in/dmGuw7pf Understand pip values: https://lnkd.in/dasa6Zyr Compare ESMA, FCA and ASIC leverage limits: https://lnkd.in/dEBAU7kV Forex and CFD trading involve substantial risk.
