I’m currently building my skills in AI Agents, AI Automation, n8n, CRM & GHL automation, Generative AI, Python, RAG, and API integrations, so the evolution of voice-enabled AI agents is particularly interesting to me. Voice is where agentic AI meets the hardest real time constraints; latency, interruption handling and knowing when to hand off to a human are the whole product. The teams that win here will treat the human handoff as a first class feature rather than an edge case, and that is a GTM story as much as a research one.
