A week late posting this, but some things deserve a moment beyond the news cycle. R/GA was recognized by Fast Company as one of the 2026 Best Workplaces for Innovators in not one, but two categories: Advertising, Marketing & PR and Emerging Enterprise. As CTO, this one makes me especially proud. I love the “Emerging Enterprise” recognition in particular. R/GA has been around since 1977, but reinvention has always been part of who we are. We’ve never been interested in simply protecting what worked before. We keep asking what’s next and then give our people the space to go build it. That takes more than great ideas. It takes a culture where people are willing to experiment, challenge what’s familiar, work across boundaries, take risks and turn possibility into something real. And that kind of culture is never created by one person or one team. I’m incredibly grateful for the leaders I work alongside who keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible and trust and empower me and our Talent team to do the same with our culture. To our Talent team, who work every day to create the conditions for our people to do their best work, and especially to the R/GAers around the world who show up with the curiosity, energy and maker mindset that make our culture what it is - this recognition belongs to all of you.
