Too often, team bonding means going to the pub. Don’t get me wrong, a pub in the sun over the last few months has been bloody lovely… but chucking your team on quad bikes and sending them off on a scavenger hunt takes it to another level. We recently got the Connectd team together for a proper adventure, and it was one of the best team-building activities we’ve done. A great way to get people working together, have a laugh, and see your colleagues in a completely different light. Huge thanks to Jim Dixon for organising it. And, given my team’s winning performance, if anyone has any links to the producers of SAS: Who Dares Wins, please put me in touch. Clearly, I’d be a shoo-in.
