Last week, we had the first ever Infrawatch offsite at Loch Lomond! It felt like a founding team properly rolling up its sleeves, getting into the detail, pushing back on each other, being honest about what matters, and still having an amazing time doing it. This stage of a company is intense because everything matters. The product decisions matter. The customer conversations matter. The standards we set internally matter. The way we communicate, challenge, ship, follow through, and take ownership all compound. Last week made it very clear to me that we have a team capable of holding that bar high, and raising it further.
