- With 15% of the global population having a disability, it would make sense that a similar proportion of employees within our organizations reflect that number though they likely haven't disclosed or haven't been able to navigate processes, and therefore are at risk of not having an authentically inclusive experience. I'm Liz Johnson, and I'm grateful that you are joining me to explore the key elements of this. In my pursuit of Paralympic gold, I learned to navigate a workplace that was not originally designed for me to optimize and maximize performance. Now, using the principles from that experience, I'm going to introduce you to the fundamentals of supporting workers with disabilities to enable them to do the same.
