In January Brandon was asked to step into the designer vacancy left on our team (Pi, Text Marketing). The Partner Edition team truly showed us what customer-backed innovation is. They started with a clear target user and they worked hard to understand the end-to-end experience for the main jobs Partners needed to accomplish with Infusionsoft for their clients. They did this with dozens of in-depth interviews with Partners and by listening to lots of feedback. They prioritized the top problems and focused on solving them and always trying to measure the efficiency gains for Partners. They set a… Voir plus

They did this with dozens of in-depth interviews with Partners and by listening to lots of feedback. They prioritized the top problems and focused on solving them and always trying to measure the efficiency gains for Partners. They set a goal for an MVP in October and a release to all Partners who attended PartnerCon in November. They met those goals, and actually exceeded them by delivering an additional benefit to Partners on the last day of the conference. This additional feature helped bring home the message that Infusionsoft was all about delivering meaningful features to solve our customers partners often and fast.
