“I would highly recommend Chris based on the important contribution he brought to my customer delivery program, which was managing a major rip and replace of a regional telecom carrier network. Chris took on a challenging customer-facing position as the E2E Solution Architect for the customer's Geo-Red 5G Core network. Chris's ability to quickly absorb and understand the customer's situation and in parallel map out the lifecycle management plan for the core network was key in gaining the customer's trust as a new team member. Chris also brought in the needed perspectives of continuity, reproducibility and quality that definitely secured Ericsson's partnership with the customer's executive and operational teams. As the solution and technical lead, Chris was the SPOC for the Core Network solution and represented Ericsson in the joint Executive Management Forum. Chris worked efficiently and directly with the customer design and operational teams to understand their current and future issues. Chris made certain that any deliveries that Ericsson had planned were anchored with the customer teams and together with these stakeholders, they identified inter-dependencies with other ongoing activities in the RAN and Core network. Chris was owner of the network impact analysis process and improved the work tasks and deliverables to meet the customer's own LCM processes. One strength that needs to be mentioned is how Chris was always very attentive to the Ericsson project and solution team members when then needed clarification, direction and support to get their tasks and deliverables completed. By being a change leader, Chris increased the quality and consistency for all the solution deliverables, and this minimized the customer frustration and review efforts, which of course increased the customer's satisfaction. Chris worked with the internal stakeholders in the customer account and supported them with pre-sales and change management analysis. Chris was also engaged with the Ericsson Managed Services and Customer Network Support teams as the liaison for the delivery aspects of the network changes. Chris and I work together as the full-time solution management and program director leads from July 2023 to December 2023, when I handed off to my replacement. Chris continued on the program under the new leadership.”
