Leveraging growth minset framework, I was able to experiment with trying different approaches to not only reach LM employees but also increase participation in RFW activities, and becoming more engaged. Through the experimentation, I was able to establish many new connections, develop meaningful relationships, and effectively collaborate with existing employee communites, and significantly advance our RWF innitiative.
