A year ago I was just a kid in college, playing poker, skipping classes, cramming exams last minute. Got into YC and didn't know what MRR or ACV was. Didn't know how to pitch an investor, sell our product, or incorporate a company. I second-guessed everything. I'd lie awake the night before an investor call running through every way the conversation could go, spend two days agonizing over a single LinkedIn post, paste customer replies into ChatGPT a dozen times just to make sure I didn’t sound stupid. Headlines are cool but nobody talks about how lonely it was to get here… I often found myself sitting alone at my desk wondering if I made the biggest mistake of my life. and I wouldn’t have gotten through it without:
