We’ve been awarded a significant iEPCI® contract by PETRONAS for the Limbayong deepwater project offshore Malaysia. From 12 to 24: Our Team in Saudi Arabia Scales Up Scaling manufacturing takes more than increasing output. It means building the people, processes, and capabilities to deliver excellence consistently. Supporting aramco Jafurah development, we doubled Unihead production capacity from 12 to 24 units per month and delivered 121 Unihead 2.0 units. This achievement reflects strong collaboration across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, project teams and field operations, demonstrating our ability to expand local operations while maintaining high standards of execution. Recently, we reached a major milestone with the manufacturing and delivery readiness of the 200th subsea tree for projects in Guyana, further strengthening our track record with advancing offshore developments. The latest subsea trees are built on our Subsea 2.0® platform, enabling greater standardization across multiple developments. With its compact and configurable design, the platform provides ExxonMobil Guyana with the flexibility needed to support evolving project requirements. What does the next generation of work-class ROV performance look like? Ocean Robotics Planet explores how TechnipFMC Schilling Robotics developed the eHD™, a hybrid-electric evolution of the proven HD work-class ROV. It began with a real operational problem: hydraulics were driving a large share of fleet OPEX. Three years of development and rigorous sea trials later, the platform delivers: • 80% more payload capacity • 55% more tooling power • 40% more bollard force than the HD ROV • Around 70% component compatibility with existing HD fleets, protecting current investment The bigger shift is in how we measure an ROV: not by its headline horsepower, but by what it can reliably accomplish offshore. It's our largest-ever load out of Subsea 2.0® manifolds! Our team in Brazil successfully completed the load out of six manifolds for the Whiptail project in Guyana, totaling 960 tons of equipment in a single operation, safely executed and ready to support another major offshore development. This milestone was made possible through the coordination, expertise, and commitment of more than 60 professionals, whose collaboration helped deliver this loadout. A significant step forward in subsea standardization We delivered our first 7-in. Subsea 2.0® horizontal christmas tree for Chevron Gorgon Stage 3 project offshore Australia. As a first-article build, it validates a new configuration designed to improve efficiency, predictability, and scalability in subsea developments. Built through close coordination across engineering, manufacturing, and project teams worldwide, this milestone shows how integrated execution can manage complexity while maintaining focus on safety and quality.
