Making video should not feel like a mystery. That’s why we teamed up with The Marketing Meetup to create School of Video, a free course for marketers who want to make better videos and prove they’re working. In 12 short lessons, you’ll learn how to film with the gear you already have, feel more comfortable on camera, edit faster with AI, turn viewers into leads, and figure out which videos are actually helping your business. Each lesson is under 10 minutes and delivered by email, so you can go at your own pace. Explore the syllabus and sign up here: https://wi.st/4xKP2Bu

Here's a real Wistia MCP use case: Keeping a video channel organized without doing every update by hand. One customer used Wistia’s MCP server for a channel and episode content management workflow across 5 active days and 651 MCP calls. The agent helped with a mix of tasks, including: → Updating channel episodes → Pulling captions → Moving media → Updating media details → Searching for the right content That’s the kind of workflow that can turn into a lot of tab-hopping, searching, clicking, checking, and reorganizing when you’re doing it manually. With MCP, the work starts to look more like: Find the right content. Update what needs updating. Move it where it belongs. Keep the channel organized. For teams managing a growing video library, MCP can help make content operations feel a lot less manual. Check out the Wistia MCP here: https://wi.st/4gmqadA

I had the most incredible time at UNBOUND 2026 with Wistia. The idea to host a live daily show directly from their booth came to life as a fun way to share the real conversations and themes coming up during the conference. I left with my notes app full and feeling full of gratitude for the Wistia team. I was inspired with new ways to use video and webinar from Sophia Barron and Elise Beck packed session. I had so much fun at the Afterglow party during the most gorgeous night in Seaport, Boston. And I enjoyed every second of hosting the morning show for each day of the conference. A special shout out to Frank Emanuele and Mitra Mehvar for making it all happen! #UNBOUND2026

From daily livestreams and booth conversations to our Tech Stack Showcase, and the Wistia Afterparty, the team had a lot going on in Boston for UNBOUND. We spent the week talking with marketers about video, webinars, engagement data, pipeline, follow-up, AI, and how teams can get more from the content they’re already creating. Big thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth, tuned in to Good Morning UNBOUND (shoutout to Natasha Pierre for hosting), caught our Tech Stack Showcase session, played a round of Lead Catch at the booth, or came to hang with us at our afterparty.

It's the first thing we throw out the window: what content do OTHERS need at various stages? Forget our goals. What are THEIRS? I've been shifting my marketing to be video-first, and I had the chance to sit with one of the best in the business to think through my strategy. In this video, I meet with Taylor Corrado, senior director of brand marketing for Wistia, which is sponsoring my series of behind-the-scenes lessons. That means twice a month, I share either a sit-down interview like this or a revealing look at something I've built or lesson I've learned the hard way—to help make video marketing easier for you. Wistia is the video HQ for businesses. I've used them for nearly a decade (!) and today, they're the one place I turn to host and make videos, run stunning webinars, and see what’s driving impact. Follow along as I share more lessons and ideas for going video-first, and thanks to Wistia for sponsoring this journey.

Creating video: a therapy session. Sponsored by Wistia and featuring senior director of brand marketing, Taylor Corrado. (ALSO... I did this in one take. This has no cuts. I'm not even here to humble brag. I am just straight up trying to brag. One take. I'm such a dork.) Follow along as I move my marketing to be video-first, and check out Wistia, which provides you and your team one place to host and make videos, run stunning webinars, and see what’s driving impact. I've been a loyal user for almost 10 years now! (I've only been in video therapy for part of that...)
