National Audit Projects (NAPs) are internationally recognised reports that have significantly influenced anaesthetic practice and patient outcomes. In our upcoming RINIA Journal Club session, we will explore NAP5, which examined accidental awareness during general anaesthesia (AAGA), alongside the broader impact of these studies on clinical practice. We are pleased to introduce Dr Toska Ukaj, who will be leading our upcoming RINIA Journal Club session on awareness under anaesthesia. Dr Ukaj is a graduate of St George’s University, has completed her Foundation Training, and has a special interest in anaesthesia. Alongside her clinical work, she is also a scientific copywriter for a US-based medical devices company.
