🎉 Today marks an important milestone as PrizePicks and Allwyn officially close our transaction. At our core, PrizePicks remains relentlessly focused on building great products for our players. Joining the Allwyn family gives us additional scale, expertise, and resources to support that mission and accelerate what we’re building. We’re grateful to our teams, partners, and player community who brought us to this moment, and we’re excited about what’s ahead as we begin this next chapter together.

For the fourth year in a row, PrizePicks has been named to Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500, and for the second straight year, we’re honored to be recognized as the fastest-growing company in the digital content, media, and entertainment category! This ranking celebrates the companies redefining what’s possible in tech across North America. Being included again underscores the momentum we’re building and the innovation powering our growth. A big thank you to the Deloitte team for the recognition and to our community who make it possible. We’re just getting started! 

Last week, we hosted All Pack, our annual all-company gathering. It’s where we bring our whole team together in Atlanta and get a real reminder of what makes PrizePicks so special. This year’s event featured team breakouts, product deep dives, hands-on workshops, and plenty of time to reconnect. We heard directly from our leaders and the exec team at Allwyn, celebrated standout wins from 2025, and aligned on the priorities that will shape our next chapter. And of course we made room for fun, from pickleball tournaments to karaoke. A huge thank you to everyone who made it an unforgettable week. We’re heading into 2026 with incredible momentum and an even bigger vision for what’s ahead!

It's a big week at PrizePicks! Today we started rolling out Prediction Markets inside the PrizePicks app, marking a major milestone for our players and our company. Fans can now make predictions on sports, entertainment, and pop culture moments with access to Kalshi’s extensive library of event contracts, all available directly within PrizePicks. As the only sports entertainment company with an FCM license, we’re bringing a new level of innovation to our product, giving our existing members more ways to play while welcoming new players across many states. We’re proud to support the Atlanta Community Food Bank as they lead the fight against hunger across our community, serving an average of 250,000 households each month. Our team sorted and packed more than 600 boxes of food for distribution — the equivalent of 22,828 meals for neighbors in need. To cap off the day, the PrizePicks team presented the food bank with a $25,000 donation to help further their vital work. Thank you to everyone who participated as we continue to give back and strengthen the Atlanta community we call home. 💪
