After more than 40 years with Scandinavian Designs, Stephen Duarte is retiring and closing an incredible chapter that began in 1982 at our City of Industry store.   From warehouse associate to longtime store manager, Stephen helped shape the success of multiple locations throughout his career, including the Irvine store, where he led for 20 of the past 26 years.   “What kept me here all these years was the enjoyment I found in the day-to-day challenges and, most importantly, the people I worked with,” Stephen shared.   We’re deeply grateful for Stephen’s dedication, leadership, and impact over the years, and we wish him all the best in retirement—especially the extra time with his grandson. Congratulations, Stephen!
