I’m hiring two roles at Nava: an analyst to help me 10x our pipeline intelligence game (really though) and a senior proposal manager eager to quite literally rewrite the playbook. Here’s why this Growth Operations team continues to attract top talent: ✱ We’ve outgrown govcon fundamentals. 2025 was a step change year for our whole growth operation, and 2026 is going to be an even more significant evolution to leapfrog beyond today’s accepted best practices. ✱ This is the best place in government procurement to build with AI and modern tools. We’re experimenting with partners across the whole company to make the easy stuff easier and to empower individuals to take on research, planning, prototyping, and all kinds of things they wouldn’t have dreamed of just a year ago. We all get to be builders. ✱ And for me, the most compelling point: Growth Ops is a deeply cross functional team at Nava. In most firms, these roles are set in a BD assembly line with narrow focus. Ours is a platform team that not only tunes the BD engine, but feeds intel and services to Delivery, Comms/Marketing, Finance, Talent, and Operations. The BD Analyst role will be building our RevOps capabilities and converting messy market and delivery signals into intelligence that drives decisions across the entire company. Government experience is nice but not absolutely required if you have RevOps chops. The Senior Proposal Manager we need is an expert in all the best practices and colors of the Shipley rainbow, but also knowledgable enough to know when to throw the norms out the window. If you have hot takes about proposal dogma vs. what actually works in 2026, I want to hear about the takes and your experiments. Both report to me, are fully remote, and have salary details in the job description. I’ll also have a few more roles to share soon! Links in the comments. #govcon | #govcom | #revops

If you haven’t heard the news, Nava Labs is joining a project that received the $1.2 million Public Benefit Innovation Fund grant from Center for Civic Futures! As David M. Higgins II at The Southern Maryland Chronicle writes: “[...] This initiative develops open-source AI tools to streamline work verification for SNAP and Medicaid eligibility. Maryland will anchor a cohort through the American Public Human Services Association, enabling continuous improvement and deployment of these tools in participating states. The project partners with organizations such as Nava PBC to design adaptable digital solutions.” Read the full piece: https://lnkd.in/g5ySbXzb

Nava is thrilled to support MD with this important work and help provide Marylanders with access to essential benefits!
Really excited to close out 2025 with the announcement from Gov. Wes Moore that the Maryland Department of Human Services, in partnership with Maryland Benefits, Maryland Department of Information Technology, Maryland Department of Health, the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange, and Nava PBC, has been awarded a grant through the Public Benefit Innovation Fund by the Center for Civic Futures to support streamlining H.R. 1 work verification requirements. A ton of work went into this by DHS and the team and we’re really excited to get started on it. It was a big year at Maryland Benefits, with several major new product releases, significant enhancements to existing applications, increased adoption and enablement of automation and AI on our platform, expanded growth with new agencies launching applications, and a major rebrand to Maryland Benefits! This was a great announcement to end the year with. In addition to our amazing team, partnerships continue to be key to our success, building on the strong relationships with our awesome Agency partners, as well as with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Code for America, and starting new collaborations with Anthropic. I'm looking forward to this new partnership with Nava PBC and continuing to drive more effective ways to use technology to improve how we provide access to essential benefits for Marylanders. #maryland #BenefitsAccess #Innovation #DigitalTransformation #MarylandBenefits https://lnkd.in/ekmEn7n7

Nava Labs was recently awarded a new grant from Center for Civic Futures! We will be piloting #AI-powered tools with states to help modernize and automate work requirement verification for #SNAP and #Medicaid. As Mennatalla Ibrahim with The Baltimore Sun reports: “Maryland will anchor the effort through the American Public Human Services Association, a national network of leaders from local human services agencies. The tools will be built as open-source modules, allowing other states to adapt the software for their own public benefits programs. The Center for Civic Futures said the project will be developed in partnership with Nava PBC, a company that helps governments design and improve digital services.” Read the full piece: https://lnkd.in/gRn-US67
