That's a wrap on TECHSPO Singapore 🇸🇬 Two incredible days of demos, conversations, and meeting so many of you in person. Huge thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hi, ask questions, and grab some merch — it made the trip! Aaron and Ethan are heading home with a suitcase full of great conversations about CRO and experimentation (and a little less merch than they left with). If we didn't get to connect in Singapore, we're not done traveling — more events coming up in Europe this September. Stay tuned. Thank you DigiMarCon - Digital Marketing, Media and Advertising Conferences & Exhibitions for having us🙌

We're hyped for this one 🎉 Aaron and Ethan will be at TECHSPO Singapore, August 26–27 🇸🇬 doing what they do best — running live demos, geeking out on CRO and experimentation, and answering every question you throw at them. Come say hi, watch Mida in action, and grab some merch while you're at it. We'd love to meet you in person! See you in Singapore 🚀

Subscription buy boxes for pet supplies often sell the first-order discount hard — but leave the ongoing value abstract. "Save X% today" is loud and specific. The recurring percentage that keeps you saving? Shown as "-5%," never translated to real dollars. And the delivery cadence? Deferred to checkout, so shoppers commit before they see the schedule they're committing to. VOC shows the consequence. Owners cancel and re-create their subscription every order to farm the first-time discount. Others set the longest possible interval and reorder manually — to avoid surprise charges. So here's the test we'd run: what happens when both the ongoing dollar value and the delivery cadence live on the product page, before commit? The data already exists. It just isn't put together in one interactive place.
