Hong Kong. 15 minutes. One hell of a stage. I got to close LEAP East at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, in a room of CEOs, founders, investors and policymakers. For 4 days, the conversations were about AI, regulation, investment, growth... But eventually, someone (a fellow human!) still has to make the call. Where to invest. What to prioritise. Which risks to take. Often with incomplete information... and knowing they'll have to live with the consequences. And as Agentic AI takes over more of the execution, I believe that responsibility only gets bigger. Technology can show us what’s possible. But what WE choose to do with it is still up to us!
