  • We’re proud to celebrate another incredible milestone for Langley. Recently, members of our team traveled to Washington, D.C., to accept Gallup‘s 2026 Exceptional Workplace Award on behalf of Langley. Each year, Gallup recognizes a select group of organizations worldwide for creating workplace cultures where employees are engaged, empowered and positioned to thrive. This recognition reflects our belief that when we invest in our people, we create better experiences for our members and the communities we serve. Today, 73% of Langley employees are engaged—placing us among the top 2% of organizations globally. While we’re honored by the recognition, what makes us most proud is the culture behind it: leaders who invest in people, teammates who support one another, and employees who bring our mission and values to life every day. Thank you to every Langley employee for helping make this achievement possible. Together, we’re building a workplace where people can do their best work—and where improving lives starts from within. #GallupExceptionalWorkplaceAward #EmployeeEngagement #WorkplaceCulture #CreditUnion #LangleyProud
