We’ve just published a blog post explaining why we built OpenSig the way we did, and why we chose Biconomy's Web3 infrastructure. Web3 is about removing the middleman from online services, so trust and control sit with the user rather than the provider. But it has always faced a fundamental UX challenge: How do you onboard everyday users without forcing them to understand wallets, gas fees, or blockchains? The post goes into the technical details (ERC-4337, account abstraction, infrastructure choices), but it’s ultimately about Web3 product design: hiding complexity while preserving real user ownership.
