As a business owner, you have enough “exciting” stuff happening. Why add more? Choose stable & effective instead.

About us

Let’s be real. Email marketing is not the most exciting member of the marketing family. And that’s okay. As a business owner, you have enough “exciting” stuff happening. Who wants more excitement when you can have stable and effective instead? Let us be boring, in the best way possible. • No need to learn anything new here. A platform so boringly intuitive, it’s like you designed it yourself. • No venturing into the great unknown. Our support team is available 24/7 to make sure you don’t have any unwanted adventures. • Same same, but for less. Get everything you expect from other platforms, except for those rollercoaster prices that make your heart race. • No guessing whether that marketing campaign will pay off. Brands using Omnisend on average make $79 for every $1 spent (based on data from Omnisend's customers on paid plans in 2025).

  • You're texting someone new. Mid-conversation, they stop replying. You text again an hour later. Fine. Maybe once more the next day. Still fine. By the fifth message, you're the reason someone changed their number. Your abandoned cart flow works the same way, and Chase Dimond has a rule for it. Three touches, then you back off. First email within the hour, just a reminder of what they were looking at without the discount yet. A text a few hours later if they're on SMS. One more email at 24 hours, one at 48 to 72 with an actual offer if it makes sense. After that, if they haven't come back, they're not coming back from cart abandonment. Let them go into the regular nurture flow. The full interview with Chase Dimond covers how to win back customers who've gone quiet, when to text instead of email, and more: https://lnkd.in/dRz38Ycz

  • 3... 2... 1... You expected something. That's the countdown effect. It's the same nudge that gets someone to act on a Black Friday deal ending at midnight, or a flash sale closing in six hours, instead of just noting it and moving on. Good news! You can now add a countdown timer to your emails and automations. It's about as simple as it sounds. In the email you're building, drag the timer in from the elements panel, adjust the settings, and you're done. More details here: https://lnkd.in/drg-2tBx

  • We're not going to pretend we didn't just take the name of the event and run with the most obvious pun out there. But hey, if it helps you remember the most important thing: ✨ Commerce Roundtable, San Diego, September 21–22 ✨ We'll take it! It's two days packed with real, practical ideas and stories from people who actually run ecommerce brands, the kind of stuff you can actually use right after. P.S. We'll be there too. Come say hi! https://lnkd.in/gcKE65i2

  • We'd rather have someone stand still wearing a giant furry hat for hours. Or practice the perfect pinky-out tea sip. Or wear wellies to the office, just in case. Or wear a costume that took longer to put on than the video took to film. Anything, really, rather than just say we're going to eCommerce Expo London on September 23–24. Come say hi!👋

  • Quick guide to productive procrastination: Step 1: Have a task due soon that you don't want to do. Step 2: Open LinkedIn "just for two minutes" and land on this post. Look at you, already smashing step two. Step 3: Click this link: https://lnkd.in/diwfriAn Step 4: Notice we happen to have four BFCM webinars lined up — even more coming soon. Step 5: Pick one. Register. Step 6: Actually, no need to stop at one. Register for all four. Who is this overachiever? Step 7: On second thought, skip that. Can't have you getting too productive. Step 8: Bonus — this type of productive procrastination might actually make you money this BFCM. Fun fact: this post was also written as productive procrastination. Whoever wrote it finished something else entirely first.

  • Packaging law isn't the kind of thing we'd normally post about, but this change is worth flagging to anyone selling across EU borders. Reusing and recycling more packaging instead of sending it to the landfill is a goal worth getting right. But the way this rule is set up right now is hitting smaller sellers trying to reach EU customers. The Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), as it is formulated now, requires every business selling packaged goods to register with a producer register in each EU country where it sells. Sell into five countries, and that's five separate registrations, five sets of paperwork, and in most cases a paid local representative in each one if you're not based there. There's no small business exemption. Whether you ship five packages a year or fifty thousand, the registration duty applies from the first one. The EU is currently gathering feedback on it, so if this affects how you sell across borders, make sure to share it here: https://lnkd.in/ePN4sTYp
