Three months ago, I shared that we were building Kick's Business team in Toronto. Today, we've added 4 people and recently moved into our downtown office on Richmond. Jason Mayordomo joined in November as our Founding CX Lead to run our Internal Bookkeeping Firm. He previously built Wave Advisors from scratch. Gabrielle Hicks joins from Shopify as our second Account Executive alongside Logan. She's spent years helping small businesses across the US, and will continue that work along with working directly with Accountants. Ryan Orr, CPA left KPMG to give small businesses and their Accountants access to Big 4 expertise. He'll help hundreds of business owners with their financials on our Accounting software, making tax season stress free. Umer Farooqi, CPA is a former PM who ran his own bookkeeping business. He'll work directly with business owners and their Accountants, bringing both a product-thinking and firm owner mindset. Logan Kieller continues to set the bar as our Founding AE helping advise business owners and provide referrals to Accountants in our network. Toronto talent is no joke. Every conversation we have proves why this city is the right place to build. We're locked and loaded for tax season. And we're not done.
