This weekend, colleagues from across Flogas Britain and Certas Energy were proud to take part in Leicester Pride 🏳️🌈   It was a brilliant day celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community, standing alongside people from across Leicestershire and showing our support for inclusion, equality and belonging.   For us, Pride is about more than being visible on one day of the year. It reflects the kind of workplace we want to create every day: one where everyone feels respected, supported and able to be themselves.   A huge thank you to all of our colleagues who gave their time to represent Flogas, support the event and help make the day such a success. Events like Leicester Pride are an important reminder that our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion isn't just something we talk about.
