What’s the difference between a SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 audit? We just got SOC 2 Type 2 certified (with zero findings 🥳), so we sat down with our Information Security Manager, Prince, to find out more about the difference between Type 1 and Type 2, and what the process looked like for Filestage 👇 ______ Our SOC 2 Type 2 certificate is now on proud display in our Trust Center, along with our other security and compliance documentation, if you want to check it out: https://lnkd.in/etci-fqi

  • 3 reasons you should read this article about AI content verification. On a Monday. In August 😅 🏖️ 1. The EU AI Act came into full force last week and it impacts how you need to disclose your use of AI. 2. We break down the key exemption for disclosing AI-generated content. 3. It’ll help you show off in your next meeting with Legal. Did we convince you? Check it out 👇

We know everyone says things like: 😵 "SEO is dead" 😵 "email is dead" 😵 "(insert literally anything here) is DEAD" But brand PDFs? Those really are done if you're using AI to make content at scale. Find out why, and how to build brand guidelines that keep up with your AI creation tools (spoiler: you don't need a ton of resources to do it) 👇

  • You can't review 200 assets with a workflow that was built for 20. AI generates content in seconds, but a lot of teams are still chasing approvals across different platforms. Then when something inevitably gets missed, it's a wild goose chase to trace who signed off on what. 😬 We wrote a breakdown of what this means for brands, and how they can build a review process that holds up in 2026 and beyond. Link in the comments!

  • Can we take a minute to process just how much content production has changed? 🙋 Just a few years ago, creating content was the biggest feat. Now AI generates first drafts in seconds. One brief turns into blog posts, paid ads, emails, social posts, videos, you name it. But while production got 10x faster, the review process has stayed the same. Same team and tight deadlines, now tasked with sifting through a mountain of assets to make sure everything is compliant and on brand. It’s a lot. But with the right system in place, you can scale your output without stretching your standards. We can help (link in the comments). What's the biggest marketing shift you've noticed in your day-to-day? Let us know 👇

  • Anyone can give design feedback. “Not sure about this.” “That feels off.” “I prefer pink.” 🫠 But giving clear, constructive feedback that gets work over the line is a different story. So here's a simple five-step guide that you can save for your next review: 🤩 Start with the positives – Naming what's working tells the designer what works, which is just as useful as knowing what to change (plus, it means your next note will land without crushing their soul). ✍️ Keep it on brief – Keeping feedback objective isn’t easy. Try tying every note back to the brief, so your feedback is something the designer can actually act on. 🤔 Flag problems (don’t fix them) – It's only natural to look for solutions, but if you let your designer use their skills to creatively solve the problem, you'll almost always get a better result. 🤝 Be clear and collaborative – Vague comments aren’t helpful to anyone. Instead, go for specific, located feedback (what, and where) so your team can skip the guessing game and get to work. 🥳 Give all your feedback upfront – Nothing drags out a project like a stream of scattered feedback that comes in after the designer has started the next version. One proper review is way more effective. Give it a go. Your design team will thank you!

Still stuck chasing feedback? Here’s a quick troubleshooting guide ⬇️ Most teams are running reviews across email threads, chat messages, and shared docs, with no clear structure and no way to see where things stand. Three things that make collecting feedback easier: 👉 Give reviewers one place to go. When the file, the feedback, and the status are all in one place, nothing gets buried in someone's inbox. 👉 Review in stages. Everyone knows when it's their turn to review, so feedback comes in on time and is easier to manage. 👉 Set a deadline and a reminder. Give your reviewers a due date and a gentle nudge when it's time for them to step in. Once you get the process right, the feedback usually takes care of itself 👐 ___ If you want one easy-to-use platform that speeds up approvals, give Filestage a go: https://filestage.io/demo/
