As we begin to close out the year, we want to share a genuine thank you to our Elevated Third team. This year brought out your adaptability, creativity, and commitment to the bigger picture. We saw teams and partners step up with focus and collaboration, and we are grateful for the steady effort that moved our work forward. We hope you find time for rest and reflection this season with people that fill your cup. As we head into the holiday week, we want to take a moment to share genuine appreciation for our Elevated Third team and the work you have put in this year. Your effort shows up daily in the way you support clients, collaborate across projects, and push our craft forward. We are also looking ahead with excited energy for 2026. Our upcoming trip to Denver in February gives us a chance to connect in person and strengthen the relationships that make this team work so well. Time together with your team matters, and it will be so great to see everyone IRL. We hope each of you gets meaningful rest over Thanksgiving. 🎉 Five years of Robbie Bryan at Elevated Third! If there’s a way to make our work faster, smoother, or smarter, Robbie has probably already prototyped it, automated it, and quietly deployed a better version without us noticing. As a Senior Developer, he’s constantly poking at our processes, figuring out where AI or a clever bit of engineering can save everyone time. Robbie is the person who doesn’t just ask “Could this be more efficient?”, he proves that it can. Outside of work, he trades digital systems for real wilderness. Living in Kentucky means he gets to disappear into the woods for hours at a time, and he takes full advantage. If there’s a trail, ridge, or hidden overlook nearby, Robbie has probably hiked it, mapped it, and found a way to optimize the route. Five years in, Robbie continues to make both our code and our days better.
