One AMR is easy to manage. What happens when your fleet grows? With one AMR, its UI gives you direct control over its movements and missions. But as more AMRs share the shop floor, managing missions, traffic, charging, and resources becomes increasingly complex. That’s where the ANSCER FMS comes in. Think of it as the control centre for your AMR fleet, bringing robots, missions, and workflows together in one place. Simply tell the FMS what needs to be done. It takes care of how to get it done efficiently. With ANSCER FMS, you can: • Coordinate multiple AMRs and manage traffic • Allocate the right task to the right AMR • Manage charging and AMR availability • Schedule and execute missions • Monitor and control your fleet in real time But managing your fleet is only part of the picture. The ANSCER FMS also turns your operational data into actionable insights. Get visibility into AMR status, mission performance, utilisation, errors, and workflow activity. Use these insights to identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and improve operational efficiency. And with VDA 5050 compliance, ANSCER FMS can communicate with other compatible mobile robots as part of a larger automation ecosystem. More robots shouldn’t mean more complexity. Let your fleet work as one. We are pleased to share that ANSCER Robotics has received U.S. Conditional Approval for three of our autonomous mobile robot platforms, supporting our continued expansion into the U.S. industrial automation market. As Ribin Mathew, Global CEO, ANSCER Robotics, says “U.S. customers need a clear view of both operational fit and regulatory requirements before they commit to automation. This approval addresses an important part of that evaluation for three of our platforms. Our focus is on helping customers identify the right material-movement applications and define a practical route from requirements to implementation.” We remain focused on building autonomous mobile robotics solutions that combine strong engineering with practical application expertise. Another step forward as we take Indian robotics engineering to the world. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗽. 𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱. What would any operator do when the standard process does not quite work. They might: → Stage material in a “temporary” location that has become permanent. → Take a different route because the planned one creates congestion. → Call someone before moving a particular load. → Change priorities based on information the system does not have. → Perform manual checks that were never documented. These actions may look like inefficiencies, but they often reveal something more important. They reveal the hidden rules of the operation. This matters because automation is designed around the process we define. Operators often work around the process that actually exists. So before automating, ask: What decisions are operators making that the system cannot see? What exceptions are they handling manually? Which workarounds have quietly become part of normal operations? Then decide what needs to be: Standardised. Make the repeatable parts consistent. Connected. Give the system the information it needs to make the right decision. Automated. Remove manual intervention where human judgment is no longer necessary. The goal is not to automate every manual action. It is to understand the operation well enough to know where automation genuinely belongs. That is often the difference between putting robots into a factory and actually improving the way the factory works. Explore how we think about automation that works with the realities of your operation. 🌐 www.anscer.com 📩sales@anscer.com #BrownfieldAutomation #IndustrialAutomation #MaterialHandling #WarehouseAutomation #SmartManufacturing #AMR #Intralogistics #autonomousmobilerobots

AMR Navigation: One Goal, Different Ways. Which One Should You Choose for Your AMR? The short answer? It depends on your facility. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to AMR navigation. 2D and 3D navigation are both proven technologies for reliable autonomous movement. The key is choosing the one that best matches your environment. 🔹 2D Navigation works well with: • Walls, racks, and fixed structures within the LiDAR plane • Consistent environmental reference features 🔹 3D Navigation works well with: • Features distributed across multiple heights • Overhead structures, beams, fixtures, and equipment And here’s the key: 2D isn't limited, and 3D isn't only for dynamic environments. Both can operate in dynamic facilities, and both rely on stable environmental features for localisation. The best navigation technology is the one that fits your application. At ANSCER, we evaluate your environment and recommend the navigation approach that fits your operational requirements. Ready to find the right navigation solution?
