Madrid, you were a good time. 🇪🇸 Casago had the pleasure of joining Guesty for GuestyVal in Madrid as a vendor, and I'm still buzzing from it. The best part were the conversations. I spent my days talking with vacation rental management owners about what's working, what keeps them up at night, and where they want to take their businesses next. A special highlight was connecting with our friends at Dwell by Casago, who sent their GMs to the event. Hearing from the people who run these homes and care for these guests every day is always time well spent. The panels gave us plenty to think about. Steve Schwab shared insightful perspectives on AI and on keeping hospitality at the forefront as the technology evolves. Ashley Horsley with Avari Management spoke about M&A infrastructure and keeping people top of mind through change management, a reminder that the best growth stories are built around the humans behind them. A big thank you to Conduit for hosting an amazing dinner and inviting Casago along for the ride. Great food, great company, and even better conversation.
