Cognition has crossed $1B in annualized revenue run rate. Every company today is a software company. We started Cognition in January 2024 to help them build more. Less than three years later, Devin works alongside engineering teams at GE Aerospace, Rivian, Exa, and many more. This milestone belongs to our customers. Here are a few of their stories.

Devin now works across Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365. More than 90% of the Fortune 500 use Teams for everything from bug reports to product specs. Devin now has a home in Latin America. Last week at MASP in São Paulo, alongside leaders from the region's largest enterprises, governments, and technology companies, we announced Cognition's Latin America headquarters. This region has shaped Devin from the start. A customer in Brazil can pay for lunch with a QR code while the bank behind it still runs on COBOL, and the teams closing that gap have been building with Devin for years: - Itaú, Brazil's largest bank: more than 75% of technology teams use Devin, documenting 300,000+ repositories, migrating .NET to Java 6x faster, and resolving ~70% of security vulnerabilities automatically. - Nubank, Latin America's largest digital bank: Devin took a multi-million-line monolith migration from years to weeks, at over 20x lower cost. Latin America has the third-largest developer community on GitHub. It has the market and the ambitions, and now it has the tooling to build the future of software here first. Today, we're introducing new ways to use Devin's computer: Devin Cloud in Terminal and devin ssh. Devin Cloud gives Devin its own VM (Mac, Linux, or Windows) to build and test on. Starting today, you can create, steer, and resume those sessions directly from your CLI with /cloud. Or hand off local development with /handoff and keep steering it from your terminal. And for the first time, you can SSH into Devin's dedicated VM. Explore and edit code directly, launch dev servers and forward ports to test Devin's work, or scp files from the VM back to your machine. When you're done, /handoff back to your own device. AI-powered cyberattacks have tripled, and security teams are handling 10 to 100x more findings. The challenge? Modernize a 20-year-old, 10-million-line ERP that thousands of enterprise customers around Europe depend on. The original estimate? 5 years. Comarch hired Devin to do it faster. Now they merge 2.8x more PRs, deliver epics 6x faster, and have trained their whole team, from engineers to business analysts, on building with agents. They're now on track to finish in 18 months, more than three times faster, and customers are already getting rebuilt functionality month by month.

Some of the most useful engineering work starts with a question that means reading your whole codebase. What's hurting our SEO? Which code can we safely remove? Where are database queries doing unnecessary work? Today we're introducing Code Scans: codebase-wide audits for any goal you define. Describe what you're looking for, and Devin works with you to scope the investigation: what to inspect, what to skip, and what should count as a finding. Then it investigates your codebase, brings the results together in one report, and opens PRs for the issues you want fixed. Code Scans run on Agentic MapReduce, the architecture we built for Devin Security Swarm. Devin splits large investigations into focused batches, runs them in parallel, and merges the findings. We tested it on the Dioxus repo, asking Devin to speed up compilation. It analyzed thousands of files and cut debug build time from 58.6s to 21.0s—a 64% reduction across 22 workspace crates.
