A huge thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s 3M HQ 5K! 🏃🏃♀️ This past weekend, hundreds of 3Mers and their families braved the cooler temperatures for the second annual 3M 5K run/walk on our HQ campus. It was wonderful seeing our 3M community connect and celebrate fitness and fun.

For decades, 3M optical film technology has helped manage light in everything from electronic displays to consumer devices. Today, 3M announced that Chief Technology Officer John Banovetz will retire from the company on October 1. We are grateful for John's contributions to advancing our technology strategy, strengthening our innovation capabilities, and helping connect the power of our science to customer needs around the world. We are also pleased to announce that Tushar Kshirsagar will succeed John as Chief Technology Officer. Tushar brings deep business, technology, and leadership experience gained over 25 years across 3M, and will help accelerate the innovation that remains central to our strategy and growth.
