I had a leak in my cistern. I reported this on Monday morning. Communication 2nd to none and a plumber was out the same day. Seals and a new flush mechanism needed to be ordered. Wednesday morning, as promised, the plumber was there and the job was completed in less than an hour. Home protect were fantastic and their contractors ‘Drain Surgeons’ equally so. I have never had better service from ANY Insurance company!
