Middle Road Bridge

As part of a statewide bridge rehabilitation project, the Middle Road Bridge that carries Middle Road over Route 4 in East Greenwich was rehabilitated in Summer and Fall 2014. This work included a two-month closure for work on the bridge deck, followed by work under the bridge - including repainting - which wrapped up in late November. The work was completed through a $2.9 million contract with Cardi Corporation, which also included bridge work on 10 structures in nine communities across Rhode Island.
