Turn on 8GB virtual memory according to the following " Memeroy Expansin " steps

Note: You can obtain UMIDIGI after-sales support through the "Service Center" APP

  • Note 100 5G with 16GB of RAM(8GB physical + 8GB virtual). By default, the phone is set to 8GB. To expand the memory, please go to Settings > Memory Expansion > Set Virtual Memory. This will activate the additional 8GB of virtual memory.

  • 1. Enter "*#*#83781#*#*" on the phone dial pad

    2. Click "VoLTE/VoWIFI Settings"

    3. Turn on "VoLte Whitelist Enable"

    4. Click "OK"

    5. Restart the phone

  • 1. Search "How to add APN for mobile operators" on Google.

    2. Manually add APN steps: SIM card settings⇒ Network and Internet ⇒ Mobile network ⇒ Insert access point name (APN), add the cottect APN parameters in the upper right corner.
