This week, we're delighted to welcome Amya Spence and Amber Miralda as the final interns joining RSM Cayman 2026 Summer Internship Program. With their arrival, RSM Cayman is proud to have welcomed 6 interns through this year's Summer Internship Program, each bringing their own unique experiences, perspectives, and aspirations. Amya first connected with RSM after stopping by our booth at the St. Ignatius Career Fair earlier this year and will be entering her second year of A Levels at St. Ignatius Catholic School this fall. Amber joins us through the Cayman Finance LEAD Programme after recently graduating from @Cayman Academy and will begin her studies at the University College of the Cayman Islands (UCCI) this fall. Every student's journey is unique, and we're grateful to be part of Amya's and Amber's. We look forward to supporting them throughout their internship and seeing all they accomplish over the coming weeks. At RSM Cayman, investing in future talent is more than a summer initiative, it's about building long-term relationships and supporting students throughout their academic and professional journeys.   This summer, we're pleased to welcome back three returning interns: Emma Maddock, Hunter Collier, and Chloe Reid.   Emma is currently in her second year of studying Accounting and Finance at the University of East Anglia and returns as one of our RSM Scholarship recipients. Hunter, our 2026/27 RSM Scholarship recipient, will begin studying Accounting and Finance at the University of Tampa this fall. Chloé will also be starting an exciting new chapter at Pennsylvania State University, where she'll be studying Actuarial Science.   Having each of these students return for another internship reflects the strong relationships we've built through our internship and scholarship programs. We're proud to support their continued growth while giving them further exposure to professional services and the many career opportunities available at RSM.   Welcome back, Emma, Hunter, and Chloé. A few of the RSM Cayman Partners recently attended the RSM Americas Conference in Costa Rica, joining colleagues from across the region to discuss the future of our network and profession. Our Managing Partner, Alex Bodden, participated in a panel discussion alongside RSM International Chief Executive Officer Ernest J. Nedder, sharing his perspectives on our regional growth ambitions and the strategic initiatives shaping the future of the RSM network. As we continue to grow, it has become abundantly clear that a focus on deeper collaboration and partnership across regional and global RSM offices will be instrumental to our continued success and delivering the highest quality of service that our globally focused clients expect. Here at RSM Cayman we are incredibly proud to announce our two new Assurance Directors. Warren Goosen has risen through the ranks from Senior Associate to Director with the Firm - a testament to the hard work and dedication he has shown over the years. As a key member of our Blockchain and Digital Assets team, Warren has played a vital role in its continued growth and success. Kia Camille Atlas, CPA has recently joined our Asset Management team as a Director. Having spent the past 13 years specializing in the asset management industry, with the past 10 years being in the Cayman Islands, the knowledge and experience she has brought to the team has been proven to be invaluable. RSM Cayman was represented last week at DataSnipper Connect 2026 in Canary Wharf, London.
