Flowering.dk is a Copenhagen-based floristry business with a great idea: buy up surplus flowers, turn them into surprise bouquets, and eliminate floral waste. Their finance process, as Johan Vang Wildt, COO at Flowering, put it, was living in the Stone Age. Receipts in boxes. Receipts in Slack threads. Receipts nowhere at all. Every quarter, the same scramble to work out what 35 people had bought and why.
