Product-market fit can disappear in the average. Imagine one group of customers keeps returning because your product solves an important, recurring problem. Another group signs up, explores a few features and never finds a reason to come back. Measure them together and the overall picture may suggest that the product is not working. But the real opportunity could be hiding inside the segment that stays. Before changing the product or abandoning the market, look more closely: • Which customers continue to return? • What problem are they solving? • Which use case creates the most value? • What do those customers have in common? • Can that segment buy on commercially viable terms? Finding that segment is one challenge. Testing whether it can become a repeatable market is the next. K3C helps B2B technology companies identify and commercially validate the markets where their product has the strongest opportunity. LeanGTM supports that process by bringing ICP intelligence, market signals and outreach evidence into one system, helping teams test their assumptions and focus on what the market is actually telling them. Sometimes the strongest route to market is already visible in the behaviour of your best customers. You just need the right process and intelligence to find it. Entering a new market doesn’t always require a local office or team from day one. But it does require trust. For buyers, working with a new international partner can feel like a risk. Successful market entry is about reducing that uncertainty through local understanding, credibility and the right support. You don’t need to be fully established locally to start. You do need to make buyers feel confident saying yes. That’s where K3C comes in. We help international companies build the local presence and credibility they need to turn market entry into real opportunity. #MarketEntry #InternationalGrowth #B2BSales

GTM agency or GTM software? For most B2B SaaS companies, that is the wrong question. An agency helps validate the buyer, messaging and commercial motion. Software provides the infrastructure to prioritise signals and execute that motion efficiently. One provides strategic judgement while the other provides leverage. The real question is which layer your GTM motion is currently missing?! Read the full comparison: https://lnkd.in/eCCpa4Fv #GTMStrategy #B2BSaaS #GoToMarket #SaaSGrowth #LeanGTM

This is exactly the challenge we’re building LeanGTM to solve: turning scattered market signals into a clear view of who matters, why they matter and when to engage. Better GTM starts with better decisions, not simply more activity. https://lnkd.in/emh5AJvn

A champion can validate the problem. They cannot always validate the market. If the person who loves your product cannot access the budget, influence procurement or explain how a deal gets approved, enthusiasm may never become revenue. Before committing to a vertical, map the entire route from user interest to signed contract. ⬇️ The carousel explains why buyer-budget fit matters just as much as product-market fit. Apollo can help you find contacts. HubSpot can help you manage them. But a stack of tools does not automatically tell you: • Which accounts genuinely fit your ICP • What signals indicate they may be ready to buy • Who should be prioritised right now • Why the timing makes sense LeanGTM brings those decisions together, combining ICP definition with multi-source buyer signals to turn a large contact list into a focused outreach plan. It is not another tool in the stack. It is the intelligence layer that tells the stack where to focus. A technically strong product can still begin in the wrong vertical. We recently worked with a conversation analysis platform originally developed for sensitive investigative environments. It had deep domain expertise, successful pilots and frontline users who understood its value. The problem was not the product. It was the buyer. Investigators valued the platform, but they did not control the budget. The economic buyer sat several layers away, behind annual budget windows, lengthy procurement cycles and formal tender frameworks. Even with a successful pilot, the distance between the product champion and the person able to approve the spend was choking the revenue runway. So we looked sideways. The same underlying technology could solve a live brand-protection problem for luxury companies. Here, the buyer was easier to identify, had greater control over the budget and could act with more urgency. This is where many startups go wrong when choosing their first vertical. They select the market the product was built for, rather than the market offering the shortest path to an empowered, paying buyer. Those are not always the same market. Before committing a sales team, pricing model and six months of runway, ask: Who can approve the spend, and how quickly can they act? If the answer is “eventually, maybe”, you have not yet validated the route to market. Validate the buyer before you validate the pitch. Choosing your first vertical? K3C helps companies validate the buyer, budget and route to market before committing to scale. https://lnkd.in/eas7_JGD #Gotomarket #GTM #B2BStartups #StartupGrowth #VerticalSignal

Autumn is a useful reminder that growth is not always about adding more. Sometimes it requires letting go of what is no longer working. The same applies to go-to-market strategy. Markets change. Buyer priorities shift. A vertical that once looked promising may no longer offer the clearest route to budget, urgency or commercial traction. This is a good moment to ask: • Which markets are producing meaningful signals? • Where is buyer urgency increasing? • What are we continuing through habit rather than evidence? • Where should we focus next? Strong growth does not come from pursuing every opportunity. It comes from knowing what to keep, what to change and what to leave behind. Hello, autumn. 🍂 If it is time to reassess where your strongest opportunities lie, K3C can help you follow the market signals. https://lnkd.in/e2g6Wity #GTMStrategy #MarketExpansion #CommercialValidation #B2BSaaS #K3C

Most GTM failures are not messaging or execution failures. They are targeting failures dressed up as execution problems. Before investing another quarter in outbound, new hires or sales infrastructure, you need to know whether the vertical has real demand, accessible budget and buyers with a reason to act. Our latest newsletter explores why commercial validation should happen before execution, and how to confirm that a market will buy before you scale the spend. Join the K3C newsletter for practical insights on vertical validation, market entry and building more focused GTM motions. > Join here: https://lnkd.in/emK7fgkT #GoToMarket #MarketValidation #B2BSaaS #GrowthStrategy

The fastest way to lose a user is to ask them to create all the value before the product has shown them any. - Define your ICP from scratch - Build your personas - Document every pain point and trigger - Write the messaging Then, eventually, the product might help you use it. This is the blank-page tax in GTM software: asking users to provide all the insight before the tool has created any value. It also assumes they already know which buyers matter, why they buy and what messaging will resonate. Often, those are the exact questions they need help answering. We’re building LeanGTM to make that process faster and more useful. Its guided ICP & Messaging Builder starts with information about your business, including your website and optional LinkedIn profile. It then helps your team define actionable ICP criteria, generate buyer personas, map pain points and triggers, and create persona-specific messaging. Not a perfect answer. A structured, AI-generated starting point that your team can refine using its own knowledge, customer data and real market feedback. Good GTM software shouldn’t ask you to begin with an empty document. It should give you something useful to respond to. - Less starting from scratch - Faster iteration - ICP and messaging in minutes, not weeks Contact us to learn more: https://lnkd.in/e2kbJikK
