Jaid has partnered with DSKZ International Investment LLC-Subsidiary of DSKZ GROUP to accelerate governed agentic AI adoption across the UAE, GCC and Africa. As organisations move AI from experimentation into live operations, they need more than access to advanced models. They need secure integration, clearly defined authority, human oversight and complete auditability across every stage of execution. Jaid is the governed work execution platform for regulated enterprises. We transform fragmented, communication - led work into structured, controlled and auditable workflows executed collaboratively across people and AI - while connecting seamlessly with existing enterprise systems. Through this partnership, Jaid’s technology and product expertise will be combined with DSKZ International Investment’s regional commercialisation capabilities, access to capital, government and institutional relationships, and enterprise transformation ecosystem. Together, we will help governments and regulated enterprises: - Identify high-value opportunities for governed agentic AI - Transform communication-driven processes into AI-ready workflows - Deploy secure and auditable human and AI operations - Move from AI experimentation towards measurable operational outcomes We look forward to working with the DSKZ team to support responsible, enterprise-scale AI adoption across the region. #EnterpriseAI #AgenticAI #AIGovernance https://lnkd.in/eeQf8X26

Across regulated environments we see a consistent pattern. Customers rarely begin with automation. They begin with: - Visibility - Control - Governance Once trust is established, automation compounds rapidly.

Traditional enterprise systems store work. The next generation of systems will execute work. The shift isn't simply about automation. It's about moving from systems that record activity to systems that understand communication, create structured work and manage execution.

There’s a lot of AI content that feels conceptual. In regulated operations, that’s not enough. What matters is whether it’s working in production. We’re seeing a consistent progression: From: Inbox-driven workflows Manual tracking To: Structured case creation Real-time monitoring Controlled execution Customers don’t start with automation. They start with control.

A useful way to understand what’s changing in operations: system of record vs system of work. Traditional systems: • Store cases • Track status • Rely on humans But the critical steps still sit outside, moving from inbox to interpretation to manual updates. AI changes this. The system becomes responsible for: • Reading communication • Understanding intent • Creating and routing work So it doesn’t just record work. It runs it.

Most case management systems were built for a world that no longer exists. They assume that work is already structured. But in regulated operations, it isn’t. It arrives as: • Emails • Attachments • Multi-threaded conversations Before a “case” even exists, someone has to: Read. Interpret. Classify. Route. That’s where the real work — and risk — sits. So the problem isn’t case management. It’s everything that happens before it. This is why AI-native case management is crucial.

Great to see Jaid highlighted in Sifted as one of the AI agent startups to watch in 2026. What’s driving this isn’t hype — it’s a structural shift in how regulated operations actually run. Most work still starts as emails, attachments and multi-threaded conversations before a “case” even exists. That’s where risk, cost and delay sit. This is why we’re seeing the emergence of AI-native case management, moving from inbox-driven work to governed, auditable execution. That shift is already underway inside enterprise environments. https://lnkd.in/eq6sJUNY

We were recently included in Sifted’s AI agent startups to watch in 2026 — nominated by someone who has been tracking our progress Nick Kingsbury from Amadeus Capital Partners - always appreciated! And what matters is why Jaid is getting attention. Across regulated enterprises, there’s a growing recognition that the real operational bottleneck isn’t systems of record. It’s everything that happens before them. The inboxes. The interpretation. The manual routing of complex work. That’s where scale breaks. It’s why the movement is happening toward systems that don’t just track work — but actually create and run it in a governed way. It’s still early, but the direction of travel is becoming clearer. Credit to the Jaid team doing the hard work of making this real in production environments. https://lnkd.in/ef9C6mdw
