In Good Company has been on the move this month, bringing HR and People leaders together across Europe to connect around the conversations shaping the world of work. Following our first stop in Amsterdam, the series continued in Copenhagen last week, where we hosted our first In Good Company gathering in the city at BaneGaarden. The evening brought together HR and People leaders to explore AI and the changing world of work, with the conversation focused less on the hype and more on the reality inside organisations today. How is AI actually showing up in the workplace? Where are expectations meeting reality? What’s working in practice, and what are People teams still figuring out? Those questions opened up a wide-ranging discussion, with different perspectives, real experiences and practical examples shared across the room, from how AI is being used today to what its growing role could mean for the future of work. The response to the Salesforce announcement has been awesome to see, and we’re grateful to everyone who has shared it, celebrated it, and rallied around our excitement for this next chapter. A huge shoutout to our co-founders Israel David and Ronni Zehavi, whose vision and leadership have helped take HiBob from an idea to a company showing up on the NYSE floor.
