Guangfu Classic Art Museum

The art museum is situated on the famous cultural street-Liulichang West Street.

Entering the exhibition room, you will find yourself surrounded by classic and elegant instruments and melodious tweedles. In an instance, you will travel through the histories. The ceiling made of bast-fibre ropes, the curtain made of reed straws, the Suzhou bed made of elm in Qing Dynasty, the wooden stool at the corner, the elm chest in Ming Dynasty, the exquisite porcelains, four treasures in ancient studies, and various boxes, drawers, bags, trunks in different shapes and sizes make the exhibition room look like an old-timey living environment. All the objects in the room from the sculptured clapboard to the tool for making juices all have time-honored history.

Guangfu Classic Art Museum aims at publicizing glorious national cultures, demonstrating ancient Chinese civilization, holding classic art exhibitions and conducting relevant cultural and artistic exchanges.

Bus Route: Take Bus No. 909 at Dongzhimen or Bus No.813 (to Xiedao) at Chaoyangmen to the stop of Zhangwanfeng, then walk back for 50 meters.

Self-drive Route: Dashanzi Airport Assistant Way, 400 meters from 5th Ring Road,600 meters from Nangaoqiao Bridge,and drive 1,500 meters to the right, 400 meters straight from the irregular crossing. The second-storey white building on the south of the road is the museum.

Opening Hours: 9: 00-17: 00,close four days during the Spring Festival
