We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Maintenance Assistant XJA XIA. In this role, you will: · To file the department related documents in a systematic order · To assist the executive to update Business Recovery Plan and other paper works · To handle incoming and outgoing correspondences and the document transfer between RBWM and other departments, send out facsimiles and distribute incoming ones in order · To attend to the incoming telephone calls to customers’ satisfaction · To prepare the buy-smart order for RBWM take charge of what received and deliver to related person · To be backup for teller and maintenance in case of need · To prepare daily and monthly reports for supervisor’s checking, and forward to FCD, AOC or SAFE · To have a strong sales sense and skills to cross-sell and proactively refer potential customers to Customer Relationship Officer or Manager to support sales and promotion strategies.
